Yoga, Wine & Brunch at Bricoleur Vineyards with The Yoga Van
The Yoga Van brings fun, relaxing pop-up yoga classes throughout Sonoma County. Join Vinita Laroia, a first generation Indian-American living in Sonoma County, for a refreshing Sunday morning yin yoga class overlooking the vineyards. With over 20 years of yoga and meditation practice under her belt, Vinita’s soothing voice is joined by the chirping birds to guide visitors through 90 minutes of pure bliss at Bricoleur Vineyards. Sometimes, she’ll gift her students with a surprise sound healing experience with traditional singing bowls during savasana. When your eyes flutter open, prepare for a nourishing, uplifting brunch and tasting flight as you savor the beautiful scenery. Dishes are prepared with ingredients freshly harvested from the estate gardens and local purveyors, paired perfectly with Bricoleur’s wines on their Russian River Valley estate. Flow and sip on Sunday mornings.
On Monday mornings at Bricoleur, join Mia Revelle for a 60-minute hatha yoga class designed for all levels. Her yoga training experience in India combined with her expertise in integrative nutrition brings breath, body, and mind together on the yoga mat to revitalize, soothe, and nourish.
At the end of the week, catch the beautiful sunset over the vineyards every Friday with the Zen then Zin series at Bricoleur. This hatha class for all levels is led by yoga teacher, Ayurvedic specialist, and author Deacon Carpenter, who will challenge your practice with injections of British humor for a fun happy hour followed by a glass of wine.
Finally, join Nina Jarnum, a well-traveled Danish born and internationally recognized yoga teacher living in Sonoma County, for a strengthening and rejuvenating Vinyasa core flow on Saturdays. With a deep understanding of anatomy, Nina shares empowering little love notes throughout class to guide students into a higher sense of body intelligence. Although this is an all-levels class, Nina likes to challenge her students to become more aware of their bodies’ potential.
