We’re teaming up with Regiis Ova—the ultra-luxe caviar company from Thomas Keller and Shaoshing Bishop—to bring you a swoon-worthy pairing event that sets the tone for the perfect romantic evening.

Here’s what’s on the menu:

1st pairing: We’ll start with a bump of Ossetra caviar. (a dollop of caviar on the back of your hand to taste the true essence of the caviar). Paired with Portalupi’s new release of their Arrossire di Barbera, Methode Champenoise

2nd pairing: Sushi cones with tuna, olives, crème fraiche, topped with Siberian caviar. Paired with Arneis.

3rd pairing: Tim's smoked salmon with crème fraiche, crostini, and chives topped with Royal caviar. Paired with Portalupi Mendocino Barbera.
