Spring Petaluma River Cleanup 2024

It’s time again for Friends of the Petaluma River’s annual Spring Petaluma River Cleanup!

Friends of the Petaluma River invites the community to participate in our event on May 4th 2024. This is a great way to meet service hours, give back to our unique watershed and expand your sense of community. Participants spread out along the Petaluma River and its tributaries to pick up trash and care for our river. After trash is brought back to Steamer Landing Park, weighed, and put into Recology bins we invite you to stay and hang out at the David Yearsley River Heritage Center. Friends will be hosting a BBQ with live music! Your participation in the cleanup enters you in a raffle with prize donations from local businesses.
