This April, the Flamingo Lazeaway Club continues its Turntable Pop-Up series with a special culinary collaboration featuring Chef Amanda Kuntee Maneesilasan, co-owner of Los Angeles’ iconic Chao Krung — one of the oldest Thai restaurants in the U.S From April 5 to 27, Chef Amanda brings her family’s rich culinary heritage to Santa Rosa, offering a Thai-inspired, family-style menu of shareable plates.
With roots tracing back to Thailand’s royal kitchens and more than 50 years of family tradition, Chao Krung is celebrated for its authentic flavors, charcoal-grilled specialties, and scratch-made sauces. Join us at Lazeaway Club for an unforgettable dining experience that blends centuries-old Thai culinary traditions with a modern California twist.
