Description

Created in collaboration with restaurateurs Anderson Pugash and Benson Wang of Palm House Hospitality, founders of Palm House and The Dorian, two of San Francisco’s hottest hangouts, Flamingo’s Lazeaway Club takes diners on a vacation within a vacation, allowing travelers and locals to explore the diverse flavors of the Pacific from a Californian vantage point. Inspiration for Lazeaway Club stems from the humble master of balance – a flamingo named Fernando – the social bird and guru of good vibes always living life on vacation. Fernando reminds us that life is better when we flock together, no matter which way the current flows. From the Pacific shores of Mexico to the palms of Thailand, the Lazeaway Club’s Cal-Pacific cuisine taps the spices, heat, sweet and savory of far-flung travel destinations, and combines them with fresh, local ingredients prepared by New Executive Chef Sergio Morales and the culinary team.
